7-Day Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to love your purchase. That’s why we offer a hassle-free **7-Day Return & Replacement Policy** from the date of delivery.
Eligible for Return / Replacement if:
1. The product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, user manual, and free gifts (extra mop heads, etc.).
2. The mop head has never touched water or floor(we check for water marks or stains).
3. Manufacturing defects only (e.g., broken pedal, cracked bucket, non-working spin mechanism).
4. You inform us within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Not Eligible for Return / Replacement:
- Minor color/shade variations due to lighting or screen settings
- Damage caused by improper use, overloading, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Products used even once for cleaning
- Missing original packaging, accessories, or free mop heads
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery
How to Request a Return / Replacement:
1. Contact us within 7 days via WhatsApp/Call/Message with your **Order Number** and clear photos/videos of the issue.
2. Once approved, pack the product exactly as received.
3. We arrange **free reverse pickup** (in most areas) or guide you on courier details.
4. Refund (or replacement) processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and verify the product.
**Note:** Refund will be issued to the original payment method only. Cash-on-delivery orders will receive bank transfer or UPI refund.
